We are delighted to offer you a brief glimpse of what the life is @ Dr. B. Lal Clinical laboratory. As a Laboratory we work to make the life of our patients &our team superior. We regularly work to add more sunshine & cheer to the lives of our members of Staff, as it is said “Healthy mind always produces healthy work”. We regularly arrange for trainings, lecture series & Workshops for our staff, so that they can upgrade their knowledge regularly. We have started an Information Bulletin( Bulletin!!!!) in which the laboratory members are updated about any new tests added in our comprehensive test menu.
Our staff is the soul of our System. We have arranged for their Art of living sessions, which they attend weekly for their social & mental upliftment. Time to time, social activities like get together; celebrations of the festivals make them feel as a family in this organization.The atmosphere in the laboratory is always of fun & learning, where the truest spirits of joy & work are encouraged. All of the members from the ground level to managing authorities work with great enthusiasm to achieve the targeted goals of the organization. We have a commitment towards our quality policy, vision & Mission and it is important for us to work hand in hand for achieving our goals.
